In general, job assistance (Arbeitsassistenz) is an individual, long-term counseling service with the goal of occupational integration. FEM Süd FRAUENASSISTENZ is the job assistance service specifically for women. Our intention is to empower and enable women to unfold their potential. Our goal is the self-determined participation of women in life and in the professional world.

FEM Süd FRAUENASSISTENZ offers

• by a multiprofessional team of psychologists, clinical and health psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, psychosocial counselors and business administrators
• in German, Turkish, Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, Arabic and English languages
• support for the quality of life of women
• psychological and social counseling with the intention of labor market integration
• stabilization and boosting of self-esteem
• counseling on all aspects of work, including integration into the labor market
